  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Wash the potatoes and put in cold water mixed with baking soda for 15 min, then brush well under running water.
  3. Cut in pieces and put in the bowl along with the oil
  4. Close the lid, select the POTATOES program, set power level 3, set 25 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  5. Cook the potatoes for 15 min then add the cubed pepper and sliced potato. Sprinkle with salt.
  6. Cook for another 15 mins then add the chopped basil.
  7. Finish cooking for the set time (5 min)
  8. If you wish to serve the potatoes with the yoghurt sauce, just mix all of the ingredients together to make a creamy sauce


  • fresh potatoes: 1 kg
  • peppers: 1
  • onion: 1
  • sunflower oil: lev 3
  • salt: to taste
  • basil: to taste
  • yoghurt sauce::
  • Low-fat yoghurt: 50gr
  • mayonnaise: 50gr
  • ketchup: 20 gr
  • sweet paprika: 1 pinch
