  1. Peel the potatoes and cut in 1 cm cubes. Peel the onion and cut into slices (not overly small).
  2. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  3. Put the onion, oil and potatoes inside the bowl, close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 3, set 30 min and press the program start/stop button.
  4. After about 25 mins, remove the paddle (be careful, it's hot).
  5. Spread the potatoes and onions evenly on the bottom. Pour the previously prepared egg, salt and pepper mixture. spread evenly and continue cooking for the rest of the set time (5 min) or until the egg is set


  • potatoes: 600 gr
  • onion: 1/2
  • eggs: 6
  • salt, pepper: to taste
  • peanut oil: lev. 2
