Method

Insert the paddle in the bowl.
Put the milk, water, semolina, sugar and salt in the bowl.
Close the lid, select the STEW/RICE function, set power level 2, set 20 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
At the end of cooking add the butter, stir and serve.
Variation: you can also add dried fruit or jam
