Put the flour in a mixing bowl, make a well in the centre and add all of the other ingredients.
Knead thoroughly by hand until the dough is smooth and soft, shape it into a ball and let it rise in a bowl with flour sprinkled on the bottom.
Cover with a clean cloth and set in a warm location, away from air currents. After it has risen for about 1 hour, roll out the pizza
Remove the paddle from the bowl.
Oil the bottom and roll the pizza dough on top. Spread with the tomato puree, a pinch of salt and cubed mozzarella and then cover with the mushrooms, olives and ham
Close the lid, select the PIZZA program, set power level 2, set 30 minutes and press the program start/stop button.

water: 70 ml
olive oil: 13 ml
Italian flour (type 00): 125 gr
salt: 3 gr
fresh yeast: 7 g
tomato Sauce: 100gr
sautéed mushrooms: 50 gr
cooked ham: 50 gr
mozzarella: 100gr
olives: 6-8
