  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Put the oil, chicken that has been cut in pieces and floured and the salt and pepper in the bowl. Close the lid, select the STEW/RICE program, set power level 4, set 25 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  3. Cook for about 10 min (separate the chicken pieces with a spoon if they are stuck together at the end of cooking).
  4. Add the chopped pineapple, ginger and curry and cook for another 5 min.
  5. Then add the water, soy sauce and starch dissolved in the pineapple juice and cook for the remaining time or until the sauce has thickened.
  6. Ideal served with Basmati rice.


  • chicken breast: 800 gr
  • canned pineapple: 450 gr
  • pineapple juice: 75 ml
  • starch: 2 tablespoons
  • ginger: 1 tablespoon
  • curry: 1 tablespoon
  • soy sauce: 20 ml
  • salt: to taste
  • pepper: to taste
  • peanut oil: lev 5
  • Italian flour (type 00): to taste
