  1. Clean and scrape the mussel shells and remove the beard.
  2. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  3. Put the oil, cleaned mussels and crushed garlic in the bowl. Close the lid, select the POT program, set power level 4, set 15 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. Cook for the set time or until the mussels have opened. Towards the end of the cooking time, season liberally with black pepper, and, if desired, add chopped parsley.
  5. At the end, shake the bowl so the mussel sauce is well spread.


  • mussels: 900 gr
  • garlic: 2 cloves
  • sunflower oil: lev. 4
  • pepper: plentiful
  • parsley: to taste
