Orange marmalade with cinnamon and ginger

  1. Remove the thin layer of peel from 2 oranges (without removing the white part) and cut into thin strips. Peel the other oranges and then peel and mince the ginger
  2. Cut the oranges into large pieces, pour the sugar over top and blend with a blender or food processor.
  3. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  4. Put the purée in the bowl, close the lid, select the POT function, select power level 4, set 90 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  5. After 60 minutes, add the chopped peel, cinnamon and ginger and finish cooking for the set time.
  6. Pour the marmalade in clean, sterilised jars, cover and cool. Store in the refrigerator.
