  1. Peel the onion and cut half in round slices and chop the other half. Mix the chopped onion with the chicken and add the semolina, salt and pepper. Mix well, make small meatballs and roll them in flour.
  2. Wash the peppers and cut in 2cmx2cm cubes
  3. On wooden kebabs alternate the peppers, then the onions and then the meatballs.
  4. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  5. Cover the bottom of the bowl with greaseproof paper and arrange the kebabs on top. Brush with oil. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, select power level 3, set 15 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  6. Serve with tomato sauce.


  • Minced chicken: 200 gr
  • red and yellow peppers: 1 + 1
  • Salt: to taste
  • Pepper: to taste
  • Semolina: 1 tablespoon
  • Flour: 30 gr
  • Small onions: 1
  • Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
