Method

Wash and peel the vegetables, mince the onion and cut the potatoes and carrots into cubes.
Mix the minced meat with half of the minced onion and egg, salt and pepper and add the semolina. Make medium sized meatballs.
Insert the paddle in the bowl.
Put the carrot and the other half of the minced onion in the bowl along with the oil, close the lid, select the POT program, select power level 3, set 55 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
After 10 min add the potatoes, meatballs and water. Add the salt, pepper and bay leaf.
Increase the power level to 4 to boil the soup.

Medium potatoes: 3
Carrots: 1
Onion: 1
Rice: 100 g
Minced meat: 250 g
Minced parsley: 2 tablespoons
Bay leaves: 3
Salt, pepper: to taste
Eggs: 1
Semolina: 1 tablespoon
Vegetable oil: level 4
Water: 1500 ml
