  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Cut the meat into slices about 0.7 cm thick. Beat all of the slices with a meat tenderizer and season with salt and pepper. Peel and wash the onions, slice into rings and grate the cheese.
  3. Butter the bowl and put the meat inside, arrange the onion on top, sprinkle with grated cheese and spread with mayonnaise. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, select power level 1, set 30 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. If you wish the meat to be more well done, set the power to 3 for the last 5-10 minutes of cooking.
  5. When finished cooking, carefully plate and garnish with vegetables.
