  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Thinly slice the onions and put them inside the bowl with the water. Close the lid, select the POT program, set power level 4, set 25 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  3. When the onion is translucent (about 15 min), add the liver cut into pieces and the vinegar, close the lid and cook for the remaining time.
  4. When finished cooking, season with salt and pepper. Excellent paired with polenta


  • calf's liver: 750 gr
  • white onions: 3
  • water: 125ml
  • vinegar: 3 tablespoons
  • salt and pepper: to taste
