  1. Wash the parsley, basil and sage and mince.
  2. Put the minced herbs, bay leaf and crushed juniper berries in a bowl along with some salt and an ample amount of ground black pepper then add the oil.
  3. Mix all of the ingredients with a fork until they are well-blended.
  4. Put the lamb chops in the marinade and leave them for about an hour, turning them every once in a while.
  5. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  6. Put the chops inside the bowl, close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 3, set 15 min and press the program start/stop button.
  7. Turn the chops halfway through for uniform cooking.

  • juniper berries: 5/6
  • sunflower oil: lev 5 x 2
