  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, brushing them gently to not remove the skin but removing all traces of soil.
  2. Brush each potato with oil and sprinkle with a handful of salt (this way the potato skin will become crispy).
  3. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  4. Put the potatoes inside the bottom of the bowl on top of the greaseproof paper, close the lid, select the POTATOES program, set power level 1, set 60 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  5. The cooking time varies depending upon the size of the potatoes used, so it is a good idea to check them periodically.
  6. When cooking has finished, cut a cross in the top of the potatoes and lightly dig out the inside. Season each potato with a pat of butter, a slice of bacon and a slice of cheese.
  7. Sprinkle with black pepper and cook using the AIRGRILL function at power level 4 for another 3 min.
