  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Rinse the meat, divide it into pieces and put in the bowl.
  3. Wash and peel the onions, carrots and celery and put in the bowl.
  4. Add the salt, pepper and bay leaf and pour in cold water until it reaches the MAX level.
  5. Close the lid, select the POT function, select power level 4, set 90 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  6. When it starts to boil, lower the power level to 2 and remove the foam that formed on the surface.
  7. When cooking is finished, remove the meat and strain the stock.
