  1. Chop the hazelnuts (but not too fine). Melt the butter and allow to cool slightly. Put all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well without compacting.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Put the greaseproof paper inside the bowl and spread the dough over the entire area, pressing down with your fingers.
  4. Close the lid, select the CAKE program, set power level 4, set 25 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  5. After about 15 min, turn the cake 180° and cook for the remaining time.
  6. Allow to cool and sprinkle the cake with icing sugar.


  • Italian flour (type 00): 200 gr
  • sugar: 150 gr
  • melted butter: 100 gr
  • hazelnuts: 100 gr
  • egg: 1
  • packet of baking powder: 1/2
