  1. Clean the Belgian endive and steam for 15 min. Let cool.
  2. Make 1/2 litre of Béchamel sauce separately and when finished pour half of the grated cheese in it and mix well.
  3. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  4. Cover the bottom of the bowl with some Béchamel sauce, roll up each endive in a slice of cooked ham and lay them in the bowl. Cover with the rest of the Béchamel and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
  5. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 2, set 20 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  6. The cooking time varies depending upon the desired degree of browning.


  • Belgian endive: 6
  • Béchamel sauce: 500 ml
  • cooked ham: 6 slices
  • Parmigiano cheese: 100 gr
