  1. Put the egg yolk and Worcester sauce in a bowl and add some flour to thicken.
  2. Cut the meat in pieces, salt lightly and dredge first in the sauce and then in bread crumbs
  3. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  4. Put the oil in the bottom of the bowl, close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 3, set 11 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  5. Heat the oil for 1 minute.
  6. Add the pork and cook for the set time, turning 2-3 times during cooking.


  • Pork tenderloin: 300 gr
  • Egg yolk: 2
  • Worcester sauce: 4 teaspoons
  • Salt: to taste
  • Flour: to taste
  • Bread crumbs: to taste
  • Olive oil: lev. 5
