Put the flour in a mixing bowl, make a well in the centre and add all of the other ingredients.
Knead thoroughly by hand until the dough is smooth and soft, shape it into a ball and let it rise in a bowl with flour sprinkled on the bottom.
Cover with a clean cloth and set in a warm location, away from air currents. After it has risen for about 1 hour, roll out the pizza
Remove the paddle from the bowl.
Oil the bottom and roll the pizza dough on top. Spread with tomato puree, a pinch of salt and oregano.
Close the lid, select the PIZZA program, set power level 2, set 30 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
After 15 mins of cooking, add the mozzarella cut into cubes.
Excellent when served sprinkled with rocket.

water: 70 ml
olive oil: 13 ml
Italian flour (type 00): 125 gr
salt: 3 gr
fresh yeast: 7 gr
tomato sauce: 100 gr
mozzarella: 100 gr
salt: to taste
oregano: to taste
