  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Wash the onions and carrots, mince the onions and julienne the carrots.
  3. Put the oil in the bowl, then add the onion and carrot. Close the lid, select the POT function, select power level 3, set 50 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. In the meantime peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Wash the tomatoes and cut into cubes. Clean the salmon, removing the skin and bones and cut into large cubes.
  5. After 10 min of cooking time, add the potatoes, salmon and tomatoes to the bowl. Season with salt and add water. Cook for the remaining time, lowering the power if it starts to boil.
  6. When finished add the chopped parsley.


  • Salmon: 300 gr
  • Water: 1000 ml
  • Potatoes: 500 gr
  • Tomatoes: 300 gr
  • Parsley: 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil: level 4
  • Onion: 1
  • Carrots: 1
