  1. Wash the fish fillet then cut into pieces
  2. Peel and cut the carrots into pieces. Soak the bread in water then squeeze thoroughly. Run everything through a meat grinder or food processor.
  3. Add the egg and salt and mix well.
  4. Make meatballs and roll in bread crumbs
  5. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  6. Pour the oil in the bowl and add the fish balls. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, select power level 3, set 15 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  7. Turn the fish balls 1-2 times during cooking for uniform browning. Repeat the operation with the remaining fish balls.

  • Breadcrumbs: 100 gr
  • Vegetable oil: 30 ml
  • Eggs: 1
  • Salt: half teaspoon
