  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Marinate the meat with salt, pepper, oil and bay leaf and let it rest while the mushrooms are cooking.
  3. Wash and clean the mushrooms and cut into large pieces. Put them in the bowl along with the oil and salt, close the lid, select the "POT" program, set power level 4, set 25 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. Cook the mushrooms for about 10 minutes then remove them from the bowl. Also remove the paddle (be careful it is HOT) and insert the previously marinated meat.
  5. Cook for about another 15 minutes depending on the desired level of doneness. The meat should be turned about halfway through cooking.
  6. Serve sliced with slivers of parmigiano cheese on top
