  1. Prepare the green butter by blending the parsley, room temperature butter, salt and pepper. Form into a tube 3 cm in diameter, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
  2. Wash the meat, dry carefully with a cloth and remove any sinews. Cut into 3-4 pieces about 5-6 cm each and season lightly with salt and pepper. Wrap each piece of veal with a slice of bacon and tie with kitchen twine, giving each piece a rounded shape.
  3. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut into small pieces
  4. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  5. Pour the oil in the bowl and put the pieces of meat and the potatoes on top. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, select power level 2, set 25 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  6. After 15 minutes, turn the meat.
  7. Remove the meat from the bowl and put on a plate with the potatoes. Put a piece of green button on each piece of meat and serve.
