  1. Put the chick peas in a food processor along with the oil, sliced onion and parsley.
  2. Make a soft and uniform mixture that you will put in a bowl. Add salt, pepper and cumin and mix well. Use a spoon to compact the mixture.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  4. At this point, add flour to the mixture, one or two tablespoons at a time until a ball formed by hand is compact and not crumbly. We used 150 g. Make ball-shaped croquettes with about 50 g of dough each.
  5. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  6. Put the oil inside the bowl, close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 3, set 15 min and press the program stop/start button.
  7. Preheat the oil for about 1 min and then insert 6-8 croquettes.
  8. Turn the falafel 1-2 times during cooking until they are brown on both sides.
  9. Repeat the operation until all are cooked.
  10. Serve with soy sauce or yoghurt sauce.
