Put the flour in a mixing bowl, make a well in the centre and add all of the other ingredients (setting aside the hard boiled eggs).
Knead thoroughly by hand until the dough is smooth and soft, shape it into a ball and let it rise in a bowl with flour sprinkled on the bottom. Cover with a clean cloth and set in a warm location, away from air currents.
In the meantime, cook the eggs in water for 9 minutes, counting from when the water boils, and when cool, dye them red according to the instructions on the package of dye.
Remove the paddle from the bowl.
After it has risen for about 1 hour, divide the dough into 3 pieces, roll each piece into a cylinder about 45 cm long and start to braid. Bring the ends together to make a crown and place it inside the buttered bowl.
Put the 3 cooled eggs on top of the crown and brush the dough with egg yolk.
Close the lid, select the CAKE program, set power level 2, set 35 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
When finished cooking, cool the bread and serve with butter.
