  1. Wash the dried fruit and raisins
  2. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  3. Put the water in the bowl then add the dried fruit, cinnamon and raisins. Close the lid, select the POT function, select power level 2, set 45 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. When cooking is finished, strain and pour the liquid into a carafe.

  • Water: 2 l
  • Sugar: 3 tablespoons
