  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Cut the meat and vegetables in small pieces
  3. Arrange the sliced onions and oil evenly over the bottom of the bowl, close the lid, select the STEW/RICE program, set power level 4, set 40 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. Sauté for 4-5 min.
  5. Add the carrots, celery, potatoes and stock and cook for another 20 min.
  6. Add the turkey that has been dredged in flour, salt and pepper and finish cooking (add water if necessary).
  7. 5 mins before cooking has ended, add the apple pieces and chopped ginger.

  • Celery: 150 g
  • Onion: 50 g
  • Potatoes: 250 g
  • Ginger: to taste
  • Flour: to taste
  • Stock: 250 g

  • Black pepper: to taste
