  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Chop the shallots or onions and cut the apples into cubes.
  3. Put the oil in the bowl, and arrange the shallots or onions uniformly. Close the lid, select the STEW/RICE program, set power level 4, set 30 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. Sauté for about 2-3 min, add the floured chicken cut into pieces along with 100 ml of water and salt and cook for another 7-8 min.
  5. Add the apples and curry and finish cooking, lowering the power level if necessary.
