  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Chop the shallots or onions and put them in the bowl together with the oil.
  3. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 3, set 25 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. Sauté for 2 minutes
  5. Add the sliced mushrooms and salt and finish cooking.
  6. When finished, blend the mushrooms, soft butter, parsley and nuts until the mixture is uniform.
  7. Put in the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour.
  8. Remove the paddle from the bowl (be careful, it will be hot), put the crostini in, select the OVEN program and power level 3 and toast for 4-5 minutes or until they have reached the desired degree of browning.
  9. Fill each piece with the previously prepared paté.

  • butter: 200 gr
  • parsley: to taste
