  1. Roll out the pastry and cut into triangles of the desired size.
  2. Put a tablespoon of jam in the centre of each triangle. Roll the triangles up starting from the base.
  3. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  4. Line the bottom of the bowl with greaseproof paper and put the croissants on top. Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sugar.
  5. Close the lid, select the OVEN function, select power level 2, set 20 minutes and press the program start/stop button.

  • Jam: 100 g
  • Egg yolk for browning: 1
  • Sugar to decorate: 1 tablespoon
