  1. Clean the mushrooms, removing the soil, and rinse well under running water. Cut the mushrooms and potatoes into pieces.
  2. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  3. Put the oil and garlic in the bowl. Close the lid, select the POT program, set power level 4, set 30 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. Sauté or 2 minutes then add the potatoes and mushrooms.
  5. After about 10 minutes remove the garlic, add the water and finish cooking for the set time.
  6. When finished cooking, pour the creamy soup into a bowl, add the salt and pepper and blend everything together with a stick blender until the mixture is creamy and uniform.
  7. Pour into individual serving bowls and drizzle with oil.
  8. Ideal served with croutons.
