Courgettes with tuna

  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Cut the courgettes in half lengthwise and scoop out the flesh with a spoon (set the flesh aside for the stuffing). Put them in the bottom of the bowl.
  3. Put the courgette flesh, drained tuna, pine nuts and grated cheese in a food processor and blend until the mixture is thick and uniform. Fill the courgettes with the mixture.
  4. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 2, set 20 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  5. The courgettes will be cooked when they have a brown crust on top. Allow to cool before serving.


  • medium courgettes: 4
  • tuna packed in oil, drained: 120 gr
  • Parmigiano cheese: 30 gr
  • pine nuts: 1 teaspoon
  • salt, pepper: to taste
