  1. Wash the courgettes and cut into long thin strips.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Put a little oil in the bottom of the bowl and place the courgette slices on top. Brush the top side of the slices with oil. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, select power level 3, set 15 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. When finished cooking, remove the courgettes slices and place on a plate to cool.Spread each slice with cream cheese, lay a slice of ham on top then roll up and secure with a toothpick.
  5. Refrigerate.
  6. Variation: instead of ham use slices of salted salmon.

  • Parma ham, thinly sliced: 150 gr
  • Cream cheese: 150 gr
  • Vegetable oil: lev 5
