  1. Mix the butter and flour in a food processor, add the beaten egg yolks, yoghurt and baking soda.
  2. Chop the walnuts and add to the mixture. Make a ball, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  4. Cover the bottom of the bowl with greaseproof paper, make dough balls the size of a walnut and put them in the bowl.
  5. Close the lid, select the CAKE program, select power level 2, set 25 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  6. In the meantime, prepare the glaze. Mix the sugar, milk and cocoa and heat in a pan. Boil for 2-3 minutes, add the butter then mix thoroughly until it is a smooth, uniform cream.
  7. Put the balls in the hot glaze and roll in coconut flakes.
  8. Cool before serving


  • Butter: 200 gr
  • Yoghurt: 3 tablespoons
  • Flour: 280 gr
  • Beaten egg yolks: 4
  • baking soda: 1 teaspoon
  • Walnuts: 100 gr.

  • Cocoa: 3 tablespoons
  • Sugar: 200 gr
  • Milk: 6 tablespoons
  • Butter: 50 gr
  • For the coating::
  • Coconut flakes: 50 gr
