Mix the butter and flour in a food processor, add the beaten egg yolks, yoghurt and baking soda.
Chop the walnuts and add to the mixture. Make a ball, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Remove the paddle from the bowl.
Cover the bottom of the bowl with greaseproof paper, make dough balls the size of a walnut and put them in the bowl.
Close the lid, select the CAKE program, select power level 2, set 25 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
In the meantime, prepare the glaze. Mix the sugar, milk and cocoa and heat in a pan. Boil for 2-3 minutes, add the butter then mix thoroughly until it is a smooth, uniform cream.
Put the balls in the hot glaze and roll in coconut flakes.
Cool before serving
Ingredients
Butter: 200 gr
Yoghurt: 3 tablespoons
Flour: 280 gr
Beaten egg yolks: 4
baking soda: 1 teaspoon
Walnuts: 100 gr.
For the glaze::
Cocoa: 3 tablespoons
Sugar: 200 gr
Milk: 6 tablespoons
Butter: 50 gr
For the coating::
Coconut flakes: 50 gr
