  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Cut the chicken and cubes and slice the mushrooms. Put the oil and chopped shallots or onions in the bowl. Close the lid, select the POT program, set power level 4, set 30 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  3. After about 3-4 mins, add the mushrooms and cook for another 6 min.
  4. Add the chicken, salt and pepper and cook for another 10 min.
  5. Add the cream and finish cooking for the set time or until the sauce has thickened, lowering the power level if necessary.


  • chicken breast: 750 gr

  • cooking cream: 150 gr
