  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Chop the onion in a food processor and cut the carrots into cubes or rounds.
  3. Put the oil in the bowl and arrange the onion and carrots evenly on the bottom. Close the lid, select the STEW/RICE program, set power level 4, set 30 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. Sauté for 2-3 minutes, then add the chicken that has been cut in pieces and floured along with the stock and salt and cook for another 7-8 min.
  5. Finally add the cream and milk and finish cooking, decreasing the power level if necessary. Ideal served with Basmati rice.


  • chicken breast: 800 gr

  • carrots: 3
  • stock: 200 ml
  • cooking cream: 250 ml
  • milk: 150 ml
  • salt: to taste
  • curry: 3 tablespoons
  • olive oil: lev 5
  • Italian flour (type 00): to taste
