  1. Boil the cauliflower separately. In the meantime prepare 1/2 litre of Béchamel sauce (quantities: 500 ml milk, 50 gr flour, 50 gr butter, salt and nutmeg).
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Put some Béchamel sauce in the bottom of the bowl, spread the cauliflower florets, lay the cheese slices over the top and cover with Béchamel. Sprinkle with parmigiano cheese.
  4. Close the lid, select the AIRGRILL program, set power level 2, set 20 minutes and press the program start/stop button. The cooking time may vary depending on the degree of browning desired.


  • previously boiled cauliflower: 800 gr
  • sliced melting cheese: 4 slices
  • Béchamel sauce: 1/2 litre
  • Parmigiano cheese: to taste
