  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Put the sugar and soy sauce in the bowl.
  3. Close the lid, select the POT program, set power level 4, set 25 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. Cook for 3-4 minutes
  5. In the meantime, wash the fish, dredge in sesame so that it is entirely covered and put it inside the bowl. Add fresh ginger.
  6. Finish cooking, turning the fish 1-2 times for uniform cooking and to mix the sauce.


  • Salmon slices: 2
  • Brown sugar: 60 gr
  • Soy sauce: 4 tablespoons
  • Sesame seeds: 50 g
  • Ginger: to taste
