  1. Clean and slice the pineapple, cutting it in 1 cm slices.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Put the butter inside. Close the lid, select the POT program, set power level 4, set 15 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. As soon as the butter starts to get "bubbly" (about 3-4 min), add the pineapple slices and brown, 2/3 minutes per side.
  5. Sprinkle with the brown sugar and continue cooking for another 10 minutes, turning about halfway through cooking (lower the power level if necessary)
  6. Serve the caramelised pineapple in plates, decorating each with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
