  1. First prepare the meat sauce (see recipe) and the Béchamel sauce (quantities: 750 gr milk, 75 gr butter, 75 gr flour, nutmeg and salt).
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Put a layer of Béchamel in the bottom of the bowl, then fill the cannelloni with the meat sauce and set them on the bottom of the bowl. Pour the remaining Béchamel on top and sprinkle with parmigiano cheese.
  4. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 1, set 45 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
