  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Shell the scallops, clean them and dry well with paper towels.
  3. Put the butter and chopped garlic in the bowl, close the lid, select the POT program, set power level 4, set 15 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. Melt the butter for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the scallops, salt and pepper and cook for 8 minutes.
  6. Then add the lemon juice and parsley and finish cooking.
  7. Excellent as an antipasto to serve inside the shells


  • scallops (meat): 400gr
  • butter: 20 gr
  • garlic: 1 clove
  • salt: to taste
  • pepper: to taste
  • parsley: to taste
  • lemon juice: 1/2
