  1. Rinse and clean the mushrooms and cut into large pieces
  2. Peel and wash the onion and cut into small pieces.
  3. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  4. Put the oil in the bowl, add the cubed ham, onion and mushrooms. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, select power level 2, set 15 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  5. Rinse the buckwheat several times and put in the bowl along with the mushrooms, add water and season with salt. Close the lid, select the STEW/RICE program, set power level 4, set 20 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  6. At the end of the program, let it sit for 10 minutes then stir and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.

  • Champignon mushrooms: 300 gr
  • Onion: 1
  • Ham or bacon: 150 gr
  • Vegetable oil: level 3
  • Water: 550 ml
  • Salt: to taste
  • Parsley: 1 tablespoon
