  1. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  2. Rinse the buckwheat thoroughly and drain. Pour the buckwheat in the bowl, pour the milk and water on top, add the butter, salt and sugar as desired.
  3. Close the lid, select the STEW/RICE function, select power level 2, set 30 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
