  1. Clean the cod and cut into pieces of the desired size.
  2. Beat the eggs in a small bowl with a little salt. In another bowl put the flour and in a third put a mixtures of bread crumbs, parsley and chives.
  3. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  4. Pour the oil in the bowl and spread it over the surface.
  5. Dredge each piece of cod first in the flour, then the egg and then the bread crumbs, then place inside the bowl.
  6. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 3, set 15 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  7. Turn the fish 2-3 times during cooking for uniform browning on both sides.
  8. Ideal served with a sauce (yoghurt, mayonnaise, etc.)


  • Cod fillet: 400gr
  • Eggs: n. 2
  • Flour: to taste
  • Breadcrumbs: to taste
