  1. Beat the chicken breast and dip each side in beaten egg and then in a mixture of grated parmigiano cheese, parsley and bread crumbs. Press the meat into the mixture so it is completely coated. Refrigerate for at least a half hour.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Put the oil in the bottom of the bowl, arrange the chicken breasts on top, close the lid, select the OVEN function, set power level 3, set 15 min and press the program start/stop button.
  4. Turn the meat over 1-2 times during cooking.
