  1. Wash the cauliflower and divide into florets.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Pour the water in the bowl and add salt. Close the lid, select the POT function, select power level 4, set 30 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. As soon as the water boils, add the cauliflower and boil for the remaining time (about 15 min).
  5. Rinse and dry the cauliflower florets with paper towels.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, salt, pepper and minced parsley.
  7. Dip the cauliflower florets in the egg mixture and then in the bread crumbs.
  8. Clean the bowl and pour in the oil. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, select power level 3, set 20 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  9. After 2 minutes, add the cauliflower florets and cook for the set time, turning 1-2 times during cooking.
