  1. Peel the potatoes and dice them so they measure 1 cm per side. Place the potatoes under running water for a few minutes and rinse thoroughly. Drain and dry thoroughly with paper towel.
  2. Insert the paddle in the bowl.
  3. Put the potatoes, rosemary and just the right amount of oil in the bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Close the lid, select the POTATOES program, set power level 1, set 40 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  5. After about 25 mins, add the paprika, tomato puree and vinegar and finish cooking.
  6. When finished, make tapas by sticking toothpicks in the potatoes.


  • fresh potatoes (to peel): 1500 gr
  • sweet paprika: 13 gr
  • tomato puree: 3 tablespoons
  • red wine vinegar: 3 tablespoons
  • peanut oil: lev 5
  • salt and pepper: to taste
