Insert the paddle in the bowl.
Chop the shallots or onions and distribute inside the bowl; add the oil.
Aside from preparing the rest of the ingredients, cut the lean veal into small pieces and the artichokes into slices.
Close the lid, select the STEW/RICE program, set power level 4, set 35 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
Cook the shallots for 2-3 minutes then add the meat and cook for another 7 minutes.
Add the sliced artichokes, stock, salt and pepper and cook until the time has expired or until all of the water has cooked off.

lean veal: 600 gr
frozen artichokes: 200 gr
stock: 200 gr
shallots or onions: 1
salt: to taste
pepper: to taste
olive oil: lev 2
