Black rice with prawns and vegetables

  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Wash and peel the peppers and courgettes then cut into cubes. Peel the ginger and chop finely.
  3. Thaw the prawns drain the water. Rinse the rice well.
  4. Pour the oil inside the bowl, then add the peppers, courgettes and prawns.
  5. Close the lid, select the STEW/RICE function, select power level 4, set 40 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  6. After 10 minutes add the rice, water, ginger and salt.
  7. At the end of cooking, mix together and put in a serving dish.


  • Black rice: 150 g
  • Water: 600 ml
  • Courgettes: 1
  • Peppers: 2
  • Frozen peeled prawns: 250 g
  • Olive oil: lev 3
  • Salt: half teaspoon
  • Fresh ginger: 1 см
