  1. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  2. Wash the tongue, put it in the bowl and add water up to the maximum level. Close the lid, select the POT function, select power level 4, set 25 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  3. When finished cooking, remove the tongue, rinse with cold water and remove the skin. Remove the water from the bowl and dry well.
  4. Pour the soy sauce on the tongue, sprinkle with peppers and herbs and wrap it in 2 layers of aluminium foil. Put each piece inside the bowl, close the lid, select the OVEN program, set power level 3, set 60 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  5. Allow to cool before slicing.


  • Beef tongue: 1000-1200 gr
  • Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt: 1 tablespoon
  • Dried herbs: 2 teaspoons
  • Peppercorns: 1 teaspoon
