  1. Wash the potatoes well using a brush. Cut a cross into each potato.
  2. Remove the paddle from the bowl.
  3. Cover half of the bottom of the bowl with a sheet of aluminium foil and put the potatoes on it with the cut side up. Close the lid, select the OVEN program, select power level 2, set 42 minutes and press the program start/stop button.
  4. Wash the liver and dry with a cloth. Cut it in 1 cm slices and add salt.
  5. Wash the tomatoes and cut into 0.5 cm slices. Grate the cheese. Add the salt and pepper to the cream cheese then mix in the herbs.
  6. Put one or two slices of tomato on top of each piece of liver and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  7. After 30 minutes from the start of cooking (the display should show 12 minutes), open the lid, add the vegetable oil in the second half of the bowl and add the liver. Close the lid and cook for 12 minutes.
  8. At the end of the program, remove the potatoes and liver and put on plates. In the centre of each potato, add a tablespoon of cream cheese with herbs.
